Bergdiamant INCLUSIVE

Conditions

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.

Surcharge for breakfast: For bed & breakfast we charge 14,00 € per person and day. (Children up to 10 years: € 9.00 per day)

Prices will attract tourist tax of 2,10 € per day and per person aged 14 years and over, payable on departure.

Discounts for children

Baby cot: 5,00 € per day

Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 20,00 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. For a binding reservation we ask you to pay the deposit fo 200,00 € within a week after booking. Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

For stays of less than 4 days we charge the in high season price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site.
Since December 6^th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 2.999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: Bancomat, VISA, Mastercard or preferably cash.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 13.30 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only starting from 13.30 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: Please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. A later departure time is possible on request, depending on the booking situation.

In case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge the price price of the apartment.

Cancellation

In case of a cancellation before arrival the apartment will be charges for 3 days.

Exclusion of liability
